  1. In response to your answer during the podcast 5 months without loss due to insulin resistance. Well Under 20 carbs a day: protein is always lower than fat and do not use artificial sweeteners

  2. I started taking Keto OS, which led me to you.. 2 weeks in.. Gaining weight.. What am I doing wrong? Not on full blown ketosis diet, but lowered carbs, raised protein, lowered sugar intake.. Should I drink it an hour before work out instead of morning and eve? I may need a consult? I’m an hr and 10 min away though..and you probably have a 3 month wait..lol. ?

  5. I have been on the Keto lifestyle for about 8 months and its been very effective, however, I have lost quite a bit of hair, any suggestions other than Biotin, I started taking that a few weeks ago…???? Thank you!!!
