So how can I help?

First, I want to educate you on what Ketosis is, how to get there and of course how to stay there. But, none of that means anything to you if you don’t know what it can do and why it will change your life.

Let me share a story with you about  my 51 year old patient named Mary, who had failed multiple low-fat calorie-restricted diets, and who came to my office weighing over 320 lbs, making it virtually impossible to climb the stairs in her home and take care of the many routine activities of daily life.

The diets Mary had followed in the past, including caloric restriction, vegetarianism, the Mediterranean Diet and the Dash Diet had absolutely failed her after multiple attempts.

She was famished, fatigued and frustrated.

Mary followed my dietary approach, began using the supplements I recommended and made a simple adjustment by restricting some things that weren’t supporting her well. Increasing her fat instake suppressed the cravings for the starches and carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta, and sugary sweets.

Three months later, and 30 lbs lighter, she shed tears of joy that for the first time in 7 years, she was able to climb the stairs in her home to read a bed time story to the granddaughter who lives with her.
