      Dr. Adam Nally great thanks. I got your video late. I am a diet my dew drinker big time. I am trying to drink more water but it makes me bloat and full bad after just one 20oz bottle water and nausea. What probiotics do you advise getting. I have a lot of gas and bloating on keto and after meals plus I get full real quick which is good.

  1. Dasani has a seltzer water with just flavoring. It’s good, and you can add a few drops of liquid stevia. I’ll check the label next time I have it, but I think that’s all that’s in it.

  2. Surprised that Doc bacon drinks Dr Pepper. I always thought carbonated beverages were bad for your kidneys and diet drinks have bad sweetners. I don’t eat anything with aspartame in it. Your thoughts?
