    Speaking of heart attacks, can you PLEASE let my mother in law know that since the flu and pneumonia put her into the ICU with cardiac distress, she really needs to drink the ketones I bought her and eat more bacon.

    Read Maria Emmerichs recent Keto book and know you think highly of her- but she says in her book that exogenous ketones prevents your body from making its own ketones because it doesn’t need to while using the exogenous ones… pretty sure you don’t agree- why?

    So what I hear you saying in other words is that we should pay attention more to how our blood sugar is being spiked rather than our ketone levels. As in many foods or drink substances can elevate our blood sugar and insulin thus slowing or stopping endogenous ketone production.

    The importance of balancing electrolytes seems to be confusing among the keto community. In the last year or so, besides macros that is my priority. I have been told it’s not necessary. Am I incorrect?
